The location of this hotel is great for those looking to explore South Beach. It is only about an hour away by public transportation, making it easily accessible. the rooms are comfortable and have amenities like mini-fridges. the hotel also offers a shuttle service, which can save you money on transportation. Plus, the hotel recently underwent a renovation, giving it a fresh look.

The maintenance of the hotel seems to be lacking, as some guests reported dents in the walls and tired door locks.

Lobby was very nice and it has a pool, close to the beach.

Rooms were very basic and dated, noisy airconditioning, Noisy guests next door. Location wasn't great as Collins Ave is a very long street and you have to take a taxi to the main shopping/eating area.

The swimming pool are not really cleaned. I booked a bay view room n i didnt see any bay view on thr 4th floor (4 floor is just above the lobby)

Our room came with its own balcony, which was a great perk. We really enjoyed our time here and would totally recommend this spot. It's super convenient to explore all that this place has to offer, with Collins Avenue just a mile away. Plus, it's only a quick 25-minute drive from the airport! 🌴

The view and convenience of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable & I had a very good nights sleep.

Being overcharged on my bill by nearly 30 dollars that I had to point out to reception when I went to check out. Luckily I had the email confirming the final amount when I booked on line.

We would recommend, to anyone staying in Miami Beach. We really enjoyed the room. Perfect for weekend. Location met requirements:)))

The hotel appeared outdated and in need of renovations. . the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirt marks on the walls and old carpeting.

Basically I want to say that I didn't like this hotel. The service is bad, the hotel employees don’t want to give you any information and receptionist are not polite. The room is very uncomfortable and in my room it was not possible to close the window. The shuttle bus from hotel has very strange schedule and basically cannot be used for anything. They didn't serve the breakfast, although breakfast in booking confirmation was included in Hotel price. There is big list what is not OK with this hotel. I don’t want to spend more time on this hotel. For sure, I will never go to Howard Johnson hotels any more.

We have had a very nice and relaxing stay with the hotel. The hotel staff attended to all our needs at all odd hours with a smile. We felt at home away from home. For sure, in future too, this hotel is on the top of my list. So, thank you for everything!, Specially, the morning buffets were very nice and the view from sea was truly so romantic!, Thanks for everything!!

The front desk was most curteous and friendly upon our arrival. We were given a room that was requested, and most accurate for me and my friend. We enjoyed looking out at the pool and ocean. Room was tidy and clean, and ammities were most appreciated.

Service at the bars/cafeteria. Staff does not belong to the hotel

Front desk people and bell boys were not helpful are all. Very unsympathetic with young children. No help whatsoever from them. Hotel lobby was not in good physical conditon. Looks like an abandoned hotel. The room was fair. Not worthy the price
